A Victorian Folly built in the 1860's by Dr Cyrus Elliott. The land was originally known as The Quashetts ( name that is retained by the present day footpath between Little High Street and Broadwater Street East) , the road was eventually named as Ivy Arch road. The arch was demolished in 1967.
